I love Kata camera bags and already own a DR-467 backpack that is big enough for all my gear including my laptop, but it is kind of heavy to carry around everyday. I was looking for a nice looking bag that did not look like a camera bag and could fit a Nikon D200, SB-600, and a couple of lenses plus wallet, small make-up bag, small notebook, cell phone, keys and other small items for everyday use. There are some fashionable such bags out there like Jill.e and Herringbone but they are expensive, this bag gives you a modern cool look and has the versatility of the Kata camera bag line at a moderate price.
Before purchasing I went to the Kata website to make sure it would work, there were no reviews at Amazon and I always rely on those. While on the Kata site I noticed that they had a design competition for the perfect camera bag, I guess they do take their design concepts seriously–no wonder their bags are so nice.
